Parking is available in any non-reserved spot; please register your vehicle to avoid towing. For same-day bookings made after 4 PM, please send required information 2-3 hours before arrival for building approval and parking pass readiness. A guest sign-in form is required after booking as a screening process. No pets are allowed, with a $200 fine for violation unless it is a service animal. There is a strict no-smoking rule, and tampering with smoke detectors will result in a $150 fine. If a key/key fob is not returned or is damaged, fees will apply: $25 for a new key and $75 for a new key fob. A lost or unreturned parking pass incurs a $50 replacement fee.
