When we lived here full time, we streamed TV and still do when we use the property with no issue, but there are times it slows down some. Pet policy: no cats, dogs allowed Appliances at the property include washer, garbage disposal, dryer, electric stove top, electric range, dishwasher, refrigerator, exhaust hood, microwave. The renter will pay a flat rate which will cover electric, trash, cable, internet, and water. This flat rate is $300 per month. The property has heat pump heating and central cooling. Showings will be available starting September 7 2026. The preferred lease start date is Nov 1 2026 and the preferred lease duration is 3 - 7 months.
