Floor-to-ceiling windows gracefully unveil your private Gulf-facing balcony, offering unfettered vistas of the Gulf of Mexico and the serene Little Lagoon. The fully equipped kitchen is ready to help you whip up tasty southern seafood dishes or any meal you desire. Enjoy Gulf Shores's largest Gulf Front outdoor pools, a second outdoor pool right at the building, an indoor pool, a grill/BBQ area, a sauna, and a hot tub. Parking fees are collected by the condominium association upon arrival (card payments only). A maximum of 2 vehicles are permitted per reservation. Rates are $20/day for the first 3 days (max $60 per stay), free from Day 4-7, and $5/day from Day 8 onward. The winter rate cap (Nov–Mar) is a maximum of $60 per stay. Gulf Shores Public Beach is a beautiful beach area perfect for relaxing, swimming, and sunbathing. Gulf State Park is a large park with miles of trails, camping, and fishing. The Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo has a variety of animals, including a petting zoo and unique animal encounters. Waterville USA is a fun family-friendly water and amusement park featuring water slides, wave pools, go-karts, and mini-golf. Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge has scenic trails and offers opportunities for bird-watching and seeing native Alabama wildlife. The Wharf is a popular shopping and entertainment district with restaurants, boutiques, a Ferris wheel, and live events. Fort Morgan is a historic fort with tours and beautiful views of Mobile Bay. Several local companies offer dolphin-watching cruises. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy that applies to emotional support animals. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. Some properties have cameras installed outside for your safety and protection. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. The north side pool and hot tub will be temporarily closed due to the scheduled post-tension repair project. During this period, balcony access will be restricted between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM for units in the 07 stack (Units 1207-207) and the 06 stack (Units 1206-206) due to potential falling debris and concrete chipping. Indoor and south side pools will remain open, and all floors and units will remain accessible. The schedule is subject to change, and weekend work may be required. [SI]
