This suite features a fully stocked kitchen, a living/dining room with a Smart TV (Cast Netflix, Prime, Crave, Disney+, and more), super high-speed Wi-Fi, an updated bathroom, and an in-unit washer/drier. Both bedrooms are complete with queen-size beds, all with brand new linens and new pillow-top mattresses. This home can accommodate up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms (each sleeps 2). Free street parking is available right outside the property on a first-come, first-serve basis. Overnight parking permits are required between the months of November to April and will be provided. Conveniently located just off Oxford St, this home is minutes away from Bellwood Plaza for groceries, LCBO, and eateries. It's also 5-7 minutes to Western University and Fanshawe College, with easy access to public transit. The home is located on a residential street just off Oxford Street, a few minutes away from Bellwood Plaza where you'll find everything you need from necessity to entertainment. Groceries, LCBO, restaurants and eateries are all within walking distance. A short 5-7 minute drive to Western University, Fanshawe College, and Downtown London makes this location a gem for anyone. Guests have easy access to city transit or can get anywhere by car. Access to the property is via a side door entry. There is a separate main floor unit that also hosts guests, but no spaces are shared. Use of the backyard space is not included with this unit. Quiet hours start at 10pm until 8am the following morning. Evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $1000.00 fine. Pets are welcome, but are not allowed on fabric couches/chairs and beds. Any evidence or damages as a result will require additional cleaning and will be charged back to your reservation. Guest will be charged $500.00 for breaking the rule of no parties and/or undeclared social gatherings. A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. Security cameras monitor the entrance of the home for the safety and security of the home and our guests. Do not touch/tamper with these cameras; any form of tampering will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation. A noise sensor measures the decibel level inside the stay, but does not record anything. Please do not touch/tamper with this noise device; any evidence of tampering will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation. Guests reserved for 28 days or more are responsible for their own consumables after the initial reserve provided is used. If any of the listing rules and above additional rules are abused, you will be subject to additional charges and your reservation may be terminated. You will be asked to vacate immediately without refund. Since our cleaners are always on a tight schedule to get the units ready for the next guest, there is a late check out penalty of $100/ hr. after 11:00 a.m. in case of a delayed checkout.
