Reunion Resort is a luxury gated community with a 25 MPH speed limit and 24-hour security. Outside the resort gates, you'll find a variety of dining options, alligator farms, airboat rides, and water parks. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home; initial supplies of toiletries and cleaning products are provided. Guests are responsible for reporting damages immediately. Violations of house rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited within the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Parking is restricted to the driveway, and parking on the grass or alongside streets parallel to another vehicle is not permitted. Shoes are to be removed indoors.
