If the alarm is triggered and we discover the smell of any type of smoke, the partner has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you a $150 service call and $200 cleaning fees. If there is garbage inside the hot tub or something is spilled into the tub, there is a $250 cleaning fee. The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door only and a noise detector (no cameras are inside the unit).
