Plus, it’s only a 20-minute drive to Downtown Cleveland for even more attractions and activities. The large driveway accommodates up to four cars, ensuring convenience for groups. There are decibel readers that track noise levels outside and a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. No indoor smoking is allowed with a minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs and no parties or large gatherings are allowed. You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to help keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone.
