A large pet surcharge (over 35 lbs) is $49 one-time fee for 1 large pet or $95 one-time fee for 2 large pets. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee of $59 for 1 hour or $89 for 2 hours. A mid-stay cleaning "reset" is available for extended stays for $175. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including indoors, patios, balconies, garages, or entryways. Smoking or tampering with detectors will result in fines up to $2,500 and immediate removal. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Sustained noise over 80 dB for 5+ minutes triggers alerts, and repeated violations may result in fines up to $2,500 and removal.
