This apartment couldn't be in a more convenient location, steps to anything! It's one block from Indy’s Circle Center, Circle Centre Mall & the Statehouse, two blocks to the Indiana Convention Center & museums, a 5-minute walk to Gainbridge Fieldhouse, and a 10-minute walk to Victory or Lucas Oil Stadium. The unit is located in downtown Indianapolis, an 18-minute drive from IND-Indianapolis International Airport, and a 10-minute walk to Indianapolis Station. It's also next to TJ Maxx and the circle. Quiet hours are between 9pm and 7am. No smoking, parties, or pets are allowed. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $500 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). [SI]
