If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. No parties or events/gatherings are allowed. If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. Guests must be at least 23 years old to make a reservation. Guests may be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches their ID, pass through a verification portal, and in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
