A few miles further south, you’ll find Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and Adventure Island. The prime location near major freeways like I-275 and I-75 ensures ease of commuting and access to shopping, dining, and entertainment like Violet Cury Preserve. The excitement of big city activities in Tampa is well within reach. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 6 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A maximum of eight guests is allowed at any given time, and the individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise unless agreed upon in writing.
