Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct, and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances, & breeds. An un-Leashed Pet Fee is $50.00 per occurrence and Pet Waste Pick-up is $50.00 per occurrence. Located in Tampa Palms, a pristine neighborhood just 14 miles northeast of Tampa, Florida, suburban residential streets blend with a bit of urban charm. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. A late check-out fee of $350 will be charged if you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time.
