It offers easy and quick access to Findlay Market, Washington Park, University of Cincinnati, Music Hall, nightlife, and all of downtown and OTR. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent and may be considered criminal trespassing, potentially leading to prosecution. Please observe quiet hours from 9:30 pm to 8 am. Smoking and open flames are not allowed in the property. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund. Dishonest or abusive behavior will also result in reservation termination without refund. The property retains complete control and reserves the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if there is a belief that the guest will harm people or property, disturb neighbors, or harm the reputation of the property. If there is any reason to believe that a party is intended, entry will be denied. A cleaning fee of $300 will be charged for cleanup of human biomaterial.
