Building maintenance staff may occasionally need access, but we’ll always provide advance notice whenever possible. Daily housekeeping isn’t included, though it can be arranged for an additional fee. Date changes that shorten or move a reservation follow the standard cancellation policy. This building is 100% non-smoking, and failure to comply will incur a $500 fine.
