This apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, flat screen TV with cable, high-speed internet, ample square footage, an oversized balcony or terrace, large windows, kitchen appliances, spacious storage closets, individually controlled heat and air conditioning, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in bathrooms, a hair dryer, and an iron with ironing board. Guests will have access to an outdoor landscaped terrace, swimming pool and fitness center. Complimentary starter items to kickstart your stay like shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent and kitchen supplies like coffee, tea, cooking oil, paper towels and seasonings are provided. These items are thoughtfully provided to ensure you have everything you need upon arrival, however, they are starter supplies and may not be replenished during your stay. If you require additional supplies beyond the initial offering, we recommend local stores or delivery services for your convenience. Parking is available for one vehicle for $39 per night. In this unbeatable spot you will have everything you need right at your fingertips. Neighboring the Potomac river, separating Virginia and DC, you are able to get the best of both worlds. The Rosslyn area houses some high-rise buildings which form the iconic Arlington skyline. With the feel of a true urban environment you will never have to go far to find some of the best shops in the neighborhood. Go exploring, cross the Key Bridge and visit Georgetown or walk to the National Mall in 30 min. Dive into our history and marvel at the iconic monuments and memorials. But do not forget to spoil yourself in the courthouse area, home to over 25 bars and restaurants where you will be sure to find something of your taste. With the Rosslyn Metro station 5 minutes away from you, you will be anywhere easily and in a flash. Nearby points of interest within walking distance include Target (3 min), Starbucks (4 min), Whole Foods Market (15 min) and Inca Social (5 min). Building maintenance staff may occasionally need access, but we’ll always provide advance notice whenever possible. Daily housekeeping isn’t included, though it can be arranged for an additional fee. Date changes that shorten or move a reservation follow the standard cancellation policy. This building is 100% non-smoking, and failure to comply will incur a $500 fine. No events or parties are allowed, and failure to comply will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no guests not in the reservation are allowed, and failure to comply will result in a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed at the property. Failure to check-out at the agreed time causes considerable disruption in cleaning and guest arrival schedules, and in this case you will be charged for the cost of the disruption to the schedules, minimum of $500.
