Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home; supplies are not refilled during your stay. Cameras are located outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area. Please be aware that humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence in Florida. The property is professionally sprayed for pests. Pool servicing occurs weekly, and debris may wash into the pool after rain, potentially causing slight discoloration. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required.
