Located centrally on Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach, this condo is close to the strip, blocks away from the Boardwalk, and a short drive to the SkyWheel, Fun Plaza Arcade, and Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum. You'll also find yourself close to boutiques and souvenir shops, as well as the Piggly Wiggly. Grilling is prohibited and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Pets are not allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Gatherings of more than 8 people, including overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this property. In case guests fail to leave bracelets in the unit, they will be charged an extra $25 per item for replacement. Pest Control Service days are scheduled the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month. Upgraded internet with 200mbs/20mbs is perfect for remote work. This family-friendly resort offers both public indoor and outdoor pools and a hot tub. The indoor pool is located at the main tower.
