Early check-in at 2PM or 12PM and late check-out at 12PM are available, subject to approval, for a fee of $25 or $50, respectively. You'll be steps away from the best bars, restaurants, and entertainment spots, perfect for weekend fun. With Tampa's free trolley just outside, you’re minutes from downtown, the Cruise Terminal, Channelside, Water Street, Amalie Arena, and Dale Mabry Stadium. Walk to Ybor’s famous dining spots or hop on the trolley for a quick trip to explore everything in Tampa. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly and only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. The area gets lively on weekends with bars and music, adding to Ybor’s unique vibe! On some days music can be heard from the street inside the apartment lightly, even as late as 2AM. It is not overbearing, but vibrations can be felt. The pet weight limit is 35 lbs, and no pitbulls are allowed. All pets must be housetrained and must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends). Penalties for noise curfew violation are as follows: first, a complimentary warning; second, a $100 fine; and third, immediate eviction with no refund. There is no entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. You are required to have a smartphone for the entire trip, as the locks for the building work through a smartphone application. You must load and start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware, dump food waste in the garbage—not in the sink disposal, and place all trash in the trash can or dispose of it in the trash shoot. We are not allowed to accept mail orders to the building since there is only 1 unique mailbox key per apartment.
