The chef-ready kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils, and includes a full-size stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, and a water bottle filtered water system. The primary suite offers a king-size bed, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, private balcony access, marina and ocean views, and a dedicated workstation. It also features a spa-style bathroom with a walk-in shower, bidet toilet, and double vanity. The guest bedroom is ideal for kids or additional guests, with one full bed and one twin bed, air conditioning, and closet storage. During working hours, guests may experience intermittent construction noise or vibration, as well as possible dust, paint or material odors/fumes. During active daytime work, lanai access will be restricted and doors/windows should remain closed. Lanai furniture will be removed and unavailable during this phase.
