The elegant living area boasts high-speed Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with basic cable, a queen-size sofa sleeper, and direct balcony access. The chef-ready kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils, and includes a full-size stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, and a water bottle filtered water system. The primary suite offers a king-size bed, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, private balcony access, marina and ocean views, and a dedicated workstation. It also features a spa-style bathroom with a walk-in shower, bidet toilet, and double vanity. The guest bedroom is ideal for kids or additional guests, with one full bed and one twin bed, air conditioning, and closet storage. Guests can enjoy access to two on-site swimming pools and multiple on-site restaurants, cafés, and shops located directly within the Ilikai building. Laundry facilities are available on each floor. Guests can also enjoy the Friday night fireworks display, viewable from the Hilton Hawaiian Village lagoon, just a 4-minute walk away. The building is undergoing scheduled exterior maintenance, concrete repair, and painting from September 2026 through April 2027. During working hours, guests may experience intermittent construction noise or vibration, as well as possible dust, paint or material odors/fumes. Exterior work is expected at or immediately around this condo approximately October 2026 through March 2027. During active daytime work, lanai access will be restricted and doors/windows should remain closed. Lanai furniture will be removed and unavailable during this phase.
