Smoking and parties are not allowed. Guests must be 25 years or older unless accompanied by a responsible adult. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Vehicles parked in violation of parking rules may be towed immediately. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited; only propane grills are permitted. Using charcoal grills may result in a fine of up to $500 and eviction. The provided grill (if available) is free of charge; guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed.
