No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit; there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed, with no exceptions. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning.
