This apartment provides convenient access to attractions for seamless exploration. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am every day. Noise complaints or any violation of this rule may result in cancellation of booking and removal from the property without a refund. There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called, and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit; there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed, with no exceptions. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a charge of $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. For delayed check-out, there will be a $500 late check-out fee, with no exceptions.
