Each bedroom offers a unique charm: the Master Suite includes a king bed, desk space, TV, and a private half bath; Bedroom 2 has a trendy king bed with a TV; Bedroom 3 features a cozy queen bed; and Bedroom 4 includes a full-size trundle bed with a twin underneath and a TV. The bathrooms include a main floor full bath with a walk-in shower, a second-floor full bath with a tub/shower combo, and a private half bath in the master suite. Free garage parking is available, and a washer/dryer are provided for your convenience. Pets are allowed with a $125 flat fee for up to 2 dogs. Requests for a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and an additional $100 fee. All pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay, or a $150 fee will apply and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, with a $500 fine for violation; smoking outside is permitted. Underage drinking, drug use, and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Avoid confetti, glitter, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces. Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean.
