Paid driveway parking is available. Located on a secluded cul-de-sac, this home is super private and offers safe parking, yet is close to everything San Diego has to offer. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee as the sun rises or winding down with a glass of wine at sunset, the panoramic views from this home are simply unforgettable. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. No extra visitors or guests are allowed, with a maximum of 2 people (plus an infant) on the reservation. No unplugging, tampering, or covering any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cameras, or locks (fees will apply). Pets are not allowed, including any type of emotional support animal. The apartment is fully stocked with starter essentials to get you going. 24/7 monitored security with exterior cameras is provided. This property is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed.
