If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a $100 fine per unauthorized guest if discovered. If any signs of smoking are found in the apartment or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $300 fee. If the noise monitors are tampered with, there will be a fee. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds.
