Upstairs, the sleeping area includes a front bedroom with a set of twin beds and a spacious closet. In the hallway, there is a full bathroom with a shower. The master bedroom upstairs features a king bed, a spacious closet, and a balcony with a Gulf View, along with a full-size master bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Guests also have access to the amenities at Pinnacle Port, including an indoor and outdoor pool with an elevated sun deck overlooking the beach, a second outdoor pool between the sports lawn and tennis courts, and four lighted tennis courts for night play. The sports lawn offers shuffleboard courts, bocce ball courts, horseshoes, and basketball. A sandy playground is available for children, and an adjacent grilling area provides charcoal grills and covered picnic tables. There is a $30 parking fee that is not included in the cost of your reservation. Guests are preregistered and then responsible for opening a link in an email from Pinnacle Port to pay the fee and finish the registration process. This apartment sits on hundreds of feet of gorgeous Gulf of Mexico beachfront and is adjacent to Lake Powell, one of North America's largest coastal dune lakes, covering nearly 800 acres. Lake Powell, a "Pristine Florida Waterway" with both fresh and salt water, is perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing. Just a few hundred yards away, the heart-shaped Carillon Lake offers more opportunities for kayaking, fishing, and paddle board yoga. The quaint Downtown Carillon area, sister resort to Pinnacle Port, includes shopping, lakeside dining, SUP rentals, and a day spa. A trusted partner requires the registered guest booking and occupying this apartment to be 25 years of age or older. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book with the intention of allowing under 25 years of age friends or family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform the partner within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property as the 25 years of age or older person and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are considered booking a reservation under false pretenses and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from that platform. This policy is effective beginning March 14, 2023.
