The ground floor features a large kitchen, spacious living room, and sunroom with dining for 10. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms and two newly remodeled bathrooms. A dressing room with a makeup table for 3 is also on the 2nd floor. An air mattress is available for guest use. All 4 TVs (one in the living room, 3 of the bedrooms have a TV as well) will be equipped with Roku Guest Mode, meaning you can sign in to all of your own streaming services at check-in, and you'll be automatically logged out of all your accounts on the day of check-out. One dog per stay is allowed for a nightly fee. Situated on 5 acres, the home is located directly across the street from Buttermilk Falls Resort & Spa, Henry's at the Farm Restaurant, and the beautiful Hudson River. The front of the property is less than 20 feet from the entrance to Buttermilk Falls. The home is less than a 10 minute drive to Walkway Over The Hudson, Buttermilk Falls Spa & Resort, Locust Grove Brewery & Pick-Your-Own Farm, Downtown Poughkeepsie, Historic Ship Lantern Inn, more than a half-dozen wineries and distilleries, and lots of great eateries. The home is less than an hour's drive from West Point, Historic Beacon Main Street, Mohonk Mountain House, Wildflower Farms, Roosevelt Mansion, Hyde Park, Vanderbilt Mansion, Minnewaska State Park, Culinary Institute of America, Vassar College, and Marist College. Located 80 miles north of New York City and 80 miles south of Albany, NY. All dogs must be house-trained, with no history of indoor accidents. A cleaning fee as high as $250 may be charged for pet-related stains. Dogs must also be well-behaved. If your dog is going to bark and howl when you leave it at the house, do not bring it with you. The guests on the other side of the duplex do not want to have to listen to your dog bark for hours on end, and you will be asked to either not leave the dog alone or leave the property early if your dog continues to bark.
