You're also a 5-minute walk from the lighthouse, Alligator Farm, and a variety of restaurants and bars. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. This is a non-smoking property, and any evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Events are not allowed. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. Tampering with the security camera at the front door may result in reservation cancellation and guests being asked to vacate the premises.
