Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside; if you smoke outside, please pick up all remnants. No pets are allowed; there will be a $250 fee for unapproved pets. No visitors or parties are allowed; the maximum amount of people allowed at any time is the amount listed on the reservation. There will be a $500 fee if there are any parties or more than the number of guests listed on the reservation at the property without prior approval. A violation of these rules may result in an additional fee and an immediate termination of your stay. All fireplaces are for decor only and are not useable. This property includes security features such as Nest floodlight cameras, Schlage smart locks for self check-in, and an alarm system for your safety and peace of mind.
