A $350 pre-authorization hold is required for direct bookings only, which is released 5 days after checkout, provided there are no damages, missing items, or rule violations. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced, and only registered guests are permitted to use the building amenities. A building FOB will be issued during check-in and must be returned to the Front Desk at checkout; lost or unreturned FOBs will incur a $50 replacement fee. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
