The bathroom features a walk-in tile shower and a double vanity. The townhouse comes with two dedicated parking spots and additional guest parking spaces are available. Two adult bikes are provided for guests to use. A pack-n-play can be provided for an additional fee of $150, subject to location and availability. This property is attached to the Okaloosa Island Beach Access #1 Boardwalk, providing direct access to the Gulf of Mexico's beautiful sugar-white sandy beach and the intercostal waterway. The Santa Rosa Sound is also just a minute or two away, connected by the boardwalk. The neighborhood is quiet and full of locals, situated between the Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy less crowded beaches and easy access to restaurants, bars, and attractions, with Destin approximately 10-15 minutes away. Check-in time is 4pm or after. Check-out time is 10am. Guests must remove shoes when inside the home. Smoking is prohibited, and any sign or smell of smoke will incur a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed at this property. No events or vendors are permitted. Guests must be 18 years of age or older at the time of booking. Due to the tropical climate, tropical insects and wildlife may be encountered. Swimming in the bay is at your own risk due to aquatic species. The property is treated regularly for pests, but encounters are possible. Snakes may be seen near rocks. Guests are responsible for reporting any hazardous items within 2 hours of check-in. Children are not child-proofed, and parents are responsible for child-proofing. Guests agree to pay for any damage made to the property or its furnishings. Host or Host's Agent may enter the property at any time in case of an emergency, to perform necessary repairs, or with 24 hours' notice for normal maintenance. Host shall not be liable for personal items left behind, lost, or stolen. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Guests are asked to be respectful of bed sheets and towels, and to avoid using them with makeup, hair dye, tanning products, or coloring sticks, as stained or damaged linens/towels will be charged to the guest. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be rearranged. An additional cleaning fee of double the cleaning cost may be charged for extensive cleanup required beyond standard cleaning. The space up to the bedroom is a hidden bookcase and you do have to turn to the side to get though the opening about 14 inches, you may have to take clothes out of your suitcase to bring up, as some suitcases will be to large.
