Upstairs, you’ll find the sleeping spaces: a primary suite with a king bed, Smart TV, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower; a guest bedroom with a queen bed and Smart TV; another guest bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed and Smart TV; and a third guest bedroom with a queen bed with a twin trundle and Smart TV. A hall bathroom features a tub/shower combo. The basement is a kids’ paradise, featuring seating and a Smart TV, a Nintendo Wii with 3 games, a multi-game table (foosball, ping pong & air hockey), and a built-in climbing wall with cushioned mats below. A laundry room is available for guest use in a separate space in the basement. Pets are allowed with a $125 flat fee for a maximum of 2 dogs. Any cleanup related to a party or gathering will incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine.
