The patio terrace is open just as the other neighboring townhouses are. This is a duplex unit with your own private entrance and driveway. Please only use the north side of the building, including the driveway. Please do not mess or tamper with any cabinets or storage chests with locks on them. Fort Lauderdale city ordinance quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. There is no smoking inside the house ($1000 fine). If we receive more than 3 complaints about your pet creating a noise disturbance, it may result in the termination of your reservation without a refund.
