There are two designer living rooms, one with a grand piano and the other with a smart TV and black brick fireplace. Enjoy the fully fenced outdoor area for privacy, surrounded by lush gardens, which includes a private cocktail pool, an outdoor spa area, two fire pits, a tranquil water feature, a gas BBQ grill, outdoor dining for 6, lounge chairs, and an outdoor shower. A complimentary minibar is provided when available, offering select wine, spirits, snacks, and bottled water. Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee of $50 per day. Please note that heating must be arranged in advance, and water temperature may vary depending on outdoor weather conditions. One pet is allowed with a $300 per stay pet fee, and the pet must be no more than 35lbs. Located in the heart of Palma Ceia, this apartment is just steps from the Palma Ceia Golf Club and minutes from Bayshore Blvd, Soho, Hyde Park, and Downtown Tampa. It is ideal for couples, executives, creatives, and wellness travelers. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside or outside the property, and anyone caught smoking will be charged a penalty of $500 and will be removed from the property without any refund. Absolutely no parties or gatherings are allowed, with a maximum occupancy of 5 people at all times, and any parties will result in immediate removal with no refund and a penalty of $500. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, including the beds, or in the pool. Guests must pick up after their pets, inside and out, and any evidence of pet damage or feces will incur a penalty of up to $400. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate removal with no refund and a penalty of $400. Check-in time is always 4 PM EST and checkout is always 11 AM EST. Any unauthorized late checkouts will incur a penalty of $35 for every 30 minutes, rounded up. A digital rental agreement, photo ID, and verification selfie must be completed before check-in, and no refunds will be issued for failure to complete required verification. For any stays longer than 7 days, the partner reserves the right to require a credit card authorization agreement and to keep a valid credit card on file, which will be authorized for up to $500 prior to check-in. You must be at least 25 years of age to check-in to the property, and this will be verified through your valid, legal ID. Please keep the thermostat set to “AUTO” mode and do not set the temperature lower than 71°F to prevent system issues. All transactions, including refunds, will incur a 3.7% processing fee applied by the payment processor, and this fee is not refundable. [SI]
