Tourism and entertainment options include Glazer Children’s Museum (3.3 miles), Al Lopez Park (3 miles), and Tampa Theatre (3.3 miles). Minut Noise Detectors are located in the apartment and monitor noise levels. Surveillance cameras monitor common areas (not inside the apartment). Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends). Penalties for noise curfew violations are as follows: first, a complimentary warning; second, a $100 fine; and third, immediate eviction with no refund. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly. Only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency.
