This spacious 8-bedroom, 7-bath home is perfect for a family reunion or a group of friends. This property features a movie room, a fully equipped kitchen, and smart TVs in all rooms. The entertainment area includes a game room by the pool. Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay, but washcloths are not provided. Pool and spa heating are available for a fee of $40 per day, with a 2-day minimum. A small 18-inch charcoal grill is free upon request, but it needs to be requested prior to arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm. If you need to outsource a propane/gas grill or other vacation gear, arrangements can be made for an extra cost. Only small pets or dogs under 40 pounds are allowed for a $150 pet fee for each animal. Only legal service dogs are exempt with proper documentation. Located just a few miles away from Disney World or Universal Studios, this house is a great choice for your Orlando vacation. Enjoy MargaritaVille Sunset Walk, which is 5 minutes away, or go to Old Town Kissimmee for all kinds of fun. Guests will have access to the entire house. The house has a driveway that can accommodate 2 or 3 cars, and overflow parking is available down the road about 250 ft away. The garage has been converted into a game room, so covered garage parking is not available. Any damages caused by a pet or extra cleanings will be charged. [SI]
