Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed, and noise level monitoring is in place to ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. The fireplace is currently inactive and should not be used. Room 5 will be opened for groups of 12 or more guests.
