Pet Rules: Pet weight limit is 35 lbs. No Pitbulls are allowed. All pets must be housetrained and must not be left alone in the apartment. Unregistered pet fee: $100 per pet or variation to achieve up to $200. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends). Penalties for noise curfew violation: First, a complimentary warning; second, a $100 fine; third, immediate eviction with no refund. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly. Only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. Guests must load and start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware, dump food waste in the garbage, and place all trash in the trash can or dispose of it in the trash shoot. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. We are not allowed to accept mail orders to the building since there is only 1 unique mailbox key per apartment; however, I recommend getting a PO Box at the local USPS and having orders shipped there.
