Ideally located in Downtown Miami, you're close to all the best that Miami has to offer. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. Unauthorized late check-out will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. A valid credit card is required at check-in for the incidental hold. Guests with pets must adhere to specific rules, including pet types, size limits (dogs must weigh no more than 75 pounds, and cats must be domesticated), a maximum of one pet per unit, behavioral requirements, supervision, cleanliness, and leashing in outdoor areas.
