Enjoy morning coffee, waterfront walks, and dinner with city views. Kaseya Center is across the street, and Bayfront Park & the marina are a quick stroll away. Bayside Marketplace brings live music, casual bites and boat tours. Take the free Metromover nearby to explore Brickell. For beach days or exploring Wynwood or Midtown, it’s a quick 10–15 minute ride. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. Please refrain from dyeing your hair while in the apartment to avoid accidents. Guests must take out the trash before leaving. A credit or debit card is required at check-in for a refundable security hold (up to $200/night), which may be charged by the building depending on their check-in process.
