The living area is spacious and inviting, with comfortable seating and a flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Indoor dining space allows everyone to gather comfortably, and outdoor dining is available for enjoying warm evenings. A washer and dryer are included. Enjoy access to a pool with optional heating and outdoor seating. Guests have resort access to shared amenities including a resort-style pool with water slide, lazy river, poolside cafe, fitness center, playground, tennis and volleyball courts, and recreational areas. This home is pet-friendly and free parking is available on premises as well as free street parking. Solterra Resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an IMAX movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
