This is not a venue for events or boisterous parties. A doorbell camera and a noise decibel detector are in place to monitor any unapproved parties. Any violation of the no-smoking/vaping policy will result in a $200 per day fine. Undisclosed or unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee.
