The pool will be closed from Monday to Thursday due to construction reasons but is open Friday through Sunday. Please note: The building is currently renovating some balconies, and certain balconies may be temporarily closed during your stay. This work is managed by the building and is outside our control. No refunds or discounts will be provided due to balcony or common area renovations. Management requires a picture of every guest's ID in order to be registered in the system for check-in. Please make sure you send them and give us an estimated time of arrival as soon as possible and in advance to avoid any long wait at check-in. Guests are asked to collaborate in maintaining a clean and healthy environment by using the trash chute located on every floor and ensuring trash bags are properly sealed. This beautifully furnished apartment is designed to offer the latest and most modern amenities for any type of stay. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with two walk-in closets and a presidential en-suite bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed with a closet and a private bathroom. The common spaces include a dining room and living room where you can relax and choose from over 150 TV channels or use high-speed Wi-Fi while enjoying the splendid view. Flat-screen TVs are available in the living room and both bedrooms. The apartment is equipped with a full kitchen including dishes, glasses, pots & pans, cutlery, dishwasher, dish soap, a pure roast coffee machine, a Nespresso machine, a toaster, a blender, and a hair dryer, iron with ironing board, and vacuum. Guests are welcome to use all utilities and amenities in the property. Pool/beach towels, towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, and tissues are provided. Amenity passes for pool and gym access are available. The building offers access to the largest residential pool in Florida, a business center, spa, jacuzzis, and a gym with yoga classes. An air mattress, baby crib, and cot are provided in the unit for guests upon request. W Residences is centrally located in the Miami business district, overlooking Miami Bay. It's close to vibrant areas like Wynwood, Midtown, South Beach, and the Miami Art Design District, making it ideal for exploring the city. The neighborhood offers high-rated restaurants, nightlife venues, cozy local coffee shops, organic grocery stores, and charming weekend street markets. The pool will be closed from Monday to Thursday due to construction reasons but is open Friday through Sunday. Please note: The building is currently renovating some balconies, and certain balconies may be temporarily closed during your stay. This work is managed by the building and is outside our control. No refunds or discounts will be provided due to balcony or common area renovations. Check-ins after 12:00 am will be charged a $50 fee. Access to amenities requires a reservation made at the ground floor of the building. Guests are required to adhere to a proper dress code when entering and exiting common areas. Bayfront Park's FIFA Fan Festival is just a 7-minute walk away, offering live matches, concerts, and culture. Easy Brightline transit is available towards Miami Stadium. Whole Foods, Bayside Marketplace, and top restaurants are also just steps away. The building is currently performing renovations on the unit's balcony, and balcony access will be temporarily unavailable during your stay. Building services, including amenities activation, are available at the Main Administration Office (Front Desk) during business hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM. If arriving outside these hours, you’ll need to wait until the next business day to check in and use amenities.
