Cellophane/protective covering may be placed on windows, significantly limiting visibility and natural views. Construction workers may be visible on the exterior during daytime hours, and noise may occur between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Balcony furniture is not permitted during this period, and the building may issue fines of up to $3,000 if furniture is placed on balconies. The waiver does not cover damages exceeding $500, negligence, misuse, intentional acts, unauthorized parties, smoking violations, appliance misuse, or loss/damage to non-covered items such as key fobs, access cards, parking passes, or amenity cards. In the case of damage or loss of fobs, keys, amenity cards, or parking magnetic cards, there is a $100 fee for each guest or parking magnetic card, and for coded keys plus FOB, a $250 fee.
