Inside, find a modern kitchen with elegant wood-grain cabinetry and integrated appliances. The marble-clad bathroom boasts a frameless glass shower. Vibrant turquoise and white accent walls, dual magenta abstract art prints, and a bold area rug create a sun-drenched, energetic atmosphere, complemented by an ornate crystal chandelier. Valet parking is available at the building with hourly rates and no in/out privileges. Private nearby parking is offered for $35/day (cash only) with limited availability. For stays shorter than 30 days, pay directly to Regular Valet Parking at the lobby entrance or pay upon arrival for self-parking less than 200 yards away at a lower cost. If you opt for self-parking, you agree to release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue on account of injury to your property, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, and agree to indemnify and save and hold harmless the parking owner or manager from any loss, liability, theft, damage or cost that you may incur due to parking your vehicle on the premises, as the lot is not locked, secured or guarded and will be monitored only sporadically. Essential amenities like Whole Foods (8-min walk) and CVS Pharmacy (5-min walk) are moments away. For entertainment, Brickell City Center and its famous Sugar rooftop bar are a brief 9-minute walk. Please be aware that the building is undergoing façade repairs throughout the year, which may result in blocked views and balcony closures. Cellophane/protective covering may be placed on windows, significantly limiting visibility and natural views. Construction workers may be visible on the exterior during daytime hours, and noise may occur between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Balcony furniture is not permitted during this period, and the building may issue fines of up to $3,000 if furniture is placed on balconies. This unit is being offered at a discounted rate to reflect these temporary conditions. The building pool is only open on Saturdays and Sundays, with no pool access Monday–Friday, including holidays. Pool hours and availability are managed by the building. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. Please refrain from dyeing your hair while in the condo to avoid accidents and permanent staining. Take out the trash before you leave. Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Guests must complete a brief pre check-in verification via the Guest App. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, and parties are prohibited. If smoking or parties occur, a $500 penalty will be applied, plus additional costs if remediation is required. The functioning of A/C, TV, Wi-Fi, and appliances is not guaranteed. Repairs will be made as soon as possible, but no refund shall be given for malfunctioning, lack of signal/content, internet disruption, lack of A/C, or appliance issues. Guests must select either a refundable $1,000 security deposit or a $60 non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in. Access will not be granted until a selection is confirmed. The waiver does not cover damages exceeding $500, negligence, misuse, intentional acts, unauthorized parties, smoking violations, appliance misuse, or loss/damage to non-covered items such as key fobs, access cards, parking passes, or amenity cards. In the case of damage or loss of fobs, keys, amenity cards, or parking magnetic cards, there is a $100 fee for each guest or parking magnetic card, and for coded keys plus FOB, a $250 fee. Pets are not permitted at ICON for vacation rentals, unless written approval is provided and the building/association permits it for short-term stays. Service animals will be handled in compliance with applicable law and OTA policies. ?Please Note: Starting July 25, 2025, the pool will be available on weekends only (Saturday & Sunday).
