Pets are welcome for a fee of $150 per pet, per stay, with a maximum of four dogs, each weighing up to 50 lbs. A pet fee will be applied to cover the cleaning of pet hair, and if any waste beyond hair is found, an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged. The primary renter must be 18 or older, sign a rental agreement, and provide a valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay, and subleasing is prohibited.
