Guests can smoke within a reasonable distance from the building entrance. No cats and dogs are allowed in the house, unless special permissions are granted, and there is a $75 per day charge for cats or dogs unless waived in writing. There is a $250 charge for unauthorized parties at our properties. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, 7 days a week. The guest is responsible for taking all their belongings and putting together all the used towels and bed sheets in one place. An extra cleaning fee will be charged for any excessive cleaning that requires paying a 2nd cleaner to get the unit turned over for the next guest. Damaged linen and towels will be charged back to the guest because they can't be reused and it becomes too expensive to replace after each guest.
