A damage protection option is required for all reservations, processed through a third-party system prior to arrival. For 1-night reservations, a $250 refundable security deposit is required. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests can choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100). Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Check-out time is 10 AM. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed 2 per reservation.
