No parties or large gatherings are permitted. No indoor smoking is allowed, and a $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Drugs, weapons and inappropriate behavior are not allowed on the property.
